To address this, every WJZ motor uses Class H insulated copper windings capable of withstanding temperatures up to 180°C. Each winding assembly is also equipped with a bimetal thermal protector calibrated to disconnect power at approximately 130°C and automatically reset once temperature falls back to a safe range. We did not introduce this protection because a specification required it.
