The YH-AC800-1000kg series is a electric roller shutter garage doors designed for industrial, commercial, and residential applications requiring heavy lifting capacity up to 1000 kg. Available in both single-phase (220V/50Hz) and three-phase (380V/50Hz) configurations, this motor series delivers consistent torque output ranging from 647 N·m to 809 N·m, with rated speeds of 4–5.4 r/min depending on the model
Overheat Protection – Safety You Can Rely On
The YH series is equipped with a capacitor-run motor featuring a precision thermal protector integrated into the winding. When the internal temperature reaches 110°C, the thermal protector automatically cuts off power to prevent overheating damage, winding burnout, or potential fire hazards. This automatic resetting protector ensures the motor returns to normal operation once it cools down, providing continuous, worry-free protection.

Built to International Standards
The YH-AC800-1000kg series is designed with reference to key international standards, including:
-EN 60335-2-97 / IEC 60335-2-97 – Safety requirements for electric drives for rolling equipment, shutters, blinds, and awnings
-UL 325 – Safety standard for door, drapery, gate, louver, and window operators and systems
-CE marking readiness – Compliant with EU performance, safety, and testing requirements
With a robust 165mm tube diameter, continuous working times of 8–15 minutes, and lifting capacities from 800 kg to 1000 kg at heights up to 8 meters, the YH series is the ideal drive solution for rolling shutters, industrial doors, warehouse entrances, and commercial security applications.
Our Advantage
Premium Silicon Steel Laminations
Standard Market: 95% of motors use generic strip steel sheets to cut costs, leading to higher heat and lower efficiency.
Our Choice: We use High-Grade Silicon Steel sheets. This ensures superior magnetic permeability, reduces eddy current loss, and significantly lowers operating temperatures, extending the motor's life by up to 40%.
Precision CNC-Machined Gearset
Many competitors use raw cast gears. We employ Precision Finishing (CNC Machining) on all drive gears. This eliminates vibrations, ensures ultra-quiet operation, and prevents premature wear under heavy loads.
Virgin Grade Aluminum Alloy Casting
We reject secondary/recycled aluminum. Our motor housings are pressure-die-cast using 100% Virgin Aluminum Alloy. This provides higher structural integrity, better heat dissipation, and prevents housing cracks under high torque.
Optimized Mechanical Architecture
Our structural design undergoes rigorous stress analysis. The internal layout is balanced to ensure the center of gravity aligns with the drive shaft, reducing bearing stress and enhancing overall stability.
Scientific Gear Hardness Balancing
We utilize a Differential Hardness Strategy between the driving and driven gears. This deliberate pairing optimizes the friction coefficient, preventing "metal-on-metal" galling and ensuring the gearset remains smooth over thousands of cycles.

Intelligent Thermal Protection
Safety is our priority. The motor features a Capacitor-Run System equipped with a Precision Thermal Overload Protector.
Auto-Cutoff: If the internal temperature reaches 110°C, the system automatically interrupts power to prevent winding damage.
Reliability: This provides an essential fail-safe for high-frequency use environments, ensuring the motor never reaches a critical failure point.
